I don’t have much information about it but I am guessing it was a bag Moe used in the 50’s and 60’s? If anyone might know some information it would be great to add to this post.

I remember seeing Moe playing in the Millar Golf pro tournament at Uplands Golf Course in Thornhill Ontario in the 60’s using this bag. I was caddying for George Knudson who was playing Al Balding in the final but I can’t recall how Moe finished.

Golf haven was a course in gilford Ontario owned by Ed membrey moe was the pro at the course . I played there every Sunday with my dad and friends

Hello, the name on the bag, Golf Haven Country Club was the home course to Moe Norman from the 1960’s through the 1980’s located in Gilford, Ontario. During this period Moe dominated the Canadian PGA and Senior PGA Golf Tours.
My Step-Father, Ed Membery and my Mother, Patricia owned and operated the course from 1980-1990. Golf Haven was originally built in the late 1950’s by Ed’s parents Orm and Verna Membery for Ed to eventually buy/operate.
I recall in the 1980’s in my late teens into my 20’s Moe would come to Golf Haven to play and also teach the kids enrolled at golf camp. He would often stay as a guest in our home and have dinners with us. He was a very kind man and had lots of interesting stories to tell. I also recall having many of his golf clothes stored in our basement as well as old golf clubs and trophies and awards as he lived a life of a nomad with no home to store his belongings.
By 1990 Ed & Pat sold Golf Haven and went on to
build National Pines Golf & Country Club in Barrie, Ontario.
