Special rules were the order of the day but despite the snow and ice -covered greens at Burlington Springs on Saturday there were some pretty good scores for the first Frank Locke memorial tournament. Locke was a former pro at Burlington Golf and Burlington Springs. Low net went to Earl Wright with a 57. He had a 92 gross. Other gross-net scores were: Doug Rosart, 73-64: Ron Fortune, 86-65; Ken Budnark, 90-60; Dave McLaurin, 108-60; Wally Nikotson, 109-61. A total of 76 played on Saturday.
